There's a song lyric I love that sometimes plays in my head: "You can never get around what you gotta go through," by Griffin House. It's one of those simple truths captured so beautifully in a song that speaks to you. I help people navigate the things they've got to go through with my open heart, healing energy, and a guiding hand. 
Our hearts go through many joys and sorrows throughout our life, up and downs, open times and broken times, LOVE and grief, and the spectrum in between. ... LOVE is always there, though. Like the sun shining behind clouds though we cannot see it, LOVE is there throughout the loneliness and darkness of grief. 
LOVE is your ESSENCE. LOVE is energy, a vibrational frequency. LOVE is so much more than an emotion and feeling to give or withhold. LOVE is powerful and healing. 
The unknown and the uncertain can be inspiring places rather than scary ones when we shift our perspective. Trusting our process is sometimes challenging, yet the more we do it, the more it becomes comfortable to us, and the stronger we become. 
I support you in saying "YES!". I believe in you. I know you can unblock and unlock whatever it is that gets in your way, limits you, or holds you back. 
We let fear cloud our heart's clarity and direction when we listen to the fear instead of our heart. This allows hesitation and resistance to take control, but remember you have the power within you to return to LOVE. 
A new year typically brings a symbolic fresh start and a sense of renewed energy. Who, among us, doesn't welcome or need that, especially with the energy of the past several years and the pandemic?... You can move forward and, indeed, you can shine brightly and share all your LOVE and LIGHT in whatever way you are here to express it! ❤️... Choose LOVE now 
We truly can walk through the darkness pressing upon us to the lightness of loving ourselves and others. We begin with one step and we follow with another until we have reached our destination. 
Play it by heart today! In that moment of making a decision or a choice about what to do or not do, pause, then breathe into your Sacred Inner Heart ~ that deepest part of you that is connected to your Soul and Source/your Higher Power ~ and let your Sacred Heart guide you to what feels right and best for you. 
Your voice is your voice. It is unique, as are you. It is resilient and powerful when connected to LOVE. Use your voice. Speak your words consciously with LOVE. You can move mountains with a just a few mindful words. 
The energy of true LOVE heals. True, unconditional LOVE is Sacred LOVE and is Holy and Divine. It heals with the accepting, non-judgmental, uplifting energy of purity and wholeness, and the vast infinite radiance of Divine True Source. 
We must breathe to move energy through our bodies, whether they are our own energies or those we have picked up from others. Breathe. Then reconnect our hearts in unconditional LOVE to Universal LOVE and LIGHT, and breathe again. 
Our hearts ache for many reasons, our minds on overwhelm at times.

Often, we look outside for our teachers. We seek someone we can learn from and we do learn a great many things from others. We must remember, though, to allow time to learn from ourselves, to nurture that part of ourselves that provides our inner knowing, our inner guidance. The core aspect of our being that we are many times afraid to trust, afraid to empower, is there to lead us where we need to go.
